School assignment on hypocrisy

This illustration is a little off beat for most of my work, but was inspired by a middle school class studying the meaning of hypocrisy.  At the time, my son and I had a discussion of how he could approach this assignment, and this image eventually made its way into my portfolio as a result of our discussion.   His description was of a stained glass window that would proclaim The Brotherhood of Man and that religiosity was sometimes in conflict with the morals of loving one another.
