“THE MISUNDERSTOOD” by Jeanne Donnadieu – Pastel Portrait of Vincent van Gogh.
I found more images of work by Jeanne Donnadieu here:

Living in the same location where Degas had found a room for Mary Cassatt, this artist was in the midst of a creative community that house the brothers Van Gogh, Degas, Toulouse Lautrec, Forain, and others. Her work was accepted by the Salon, and praise by art critics was written of her. Where are her other works?

Wonderful that more people are becoming interested in Jeanne Donnadieu. It would be fantastic if more information and paintings could be found. We have traced her to Pantin in 1914. Anyone able to help further? :-)

I certainly hope more research on her work is done! I’m eagerly awaiting any more information and images that are found.
